➢ 6 Reusable Food Pouch Recipes

1. Cinnamon Chia Applesauce

  • 4 oz Organic Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gently spoon into reusable pouch; refrigerate until ready to eat.

2. Green-Berry Applesauce

Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth; refrigerate until ready to eat.

3. Maple Flax Yogurt

  • 4 oz Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Pure Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Organic Ground Flaxseed

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gently spoon into reusable pouch; refrigerate until ready to eat.

4. Açaí Berry Yogurt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gently spoon into reusable pouch; refrigerate until ready to eat.

5. Horchata Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup Uncooked Rolled Oats (we like this one because the rolled oats are more finely cut)
  • 3 oz Rice Milk
  • 1 tsp Organic Agave Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gently spoon into reusable pouch; refrigerate for 24 hours so oats can absorb liquids and soften.

6. Protein Overnight Oats

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gently spoon into reusable pouch; refrigerate for 24 hours so oats can absorb liquids and soften.

It’s such an awesome way to get some antioxidants! It’s definitely not sweet, which is why I added the stevia!
